    Ward Notes

Every patient on the ward, noted every day

Set up your wards once. Patients carry over week to week until they're discharged, each with a seven-day view, and you dictate or type today's note as you walk the round.

    Features

    Ward Notes Features

Daily ward-round notes for every inpatient — set up your wards once, dictate on rounds, sign, and print the week.

    • Your Wards, Set Up Once

Say how many wards you run and name them. The whole organisation sees the same wards from then on.

    • A Week at a Glance

Every patient row shows seven day-dots, so a missed day stands out before the round starts.

    • Dictate on the Round

Speak today's note at the bedside, in any of 60 languages, or type it. Then sign it.

    • Walk the Ward in Order

"Next patient" takes you straight to the next bed, so a round is one continuous pass.

    • Patients Carry Over

A patient stays on the ward week after week until you archive them, with every earlier note a tap away.

    • Print the Week

Print any week for one patient or the whole ward, with a signature line under each note.

    Why RxNote

    Why Doctors Choose Ward Notes

    • No more paper round sheets to transcribe at the end of the shift
    • Everyone on the team sees the same wards and the same patients
    • The Assistant can read ward notes when you ask about a patient
    • Works on a phone or tablet, so the note is written at the bedside

    FAQ

    Questions, answered

    Who can see a ward?

Wards belong to your organisation, so every member sees the same wards and patients. Only admins can delete a ward.

What happens when a patient is discharged?

Archive them and they leave the ward. Their notes stay on their record, and moving a patient to another ward keeps their history too.

    Is the ward note AI-generated?

No. The note you dictate or type, and sign, is the note. RxNote transcribes your voice; it doesn't rewrite what you said.
